Frequently asked questions
How this board works, for candidates and employers.
Are all of these jobs really remote?
Yes. Every listing on this board is 100% remote. We do not list hybrid roles, roles where remote work is "negotiable", or roles that require occasional office attendance. Google's structured data rules require the same distinction, so a hybrid role marked as remote would put the whole board at risk.
Why do some listings not show a salary?
We require a salary range from employers who post directly. Some listings are curated by us from company career pages, and where the employer has not published a range we show "Not disclosed" rather than guessing. Publishing an estimate as if it were the employer's own figure would be misleading, and it also breaks Google's structured data rules.
How long do listings stay up?
Thirty days by default. After that a role is automatically closed and removed from search results. We do this deliberately — boards full of dead listings waste your time and get penalised by search engines.
How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting is free while we grow the board. Paid placement options are not live yet.
Do I need an account to apply?
No. Every application goes directly to the employer, either through their own site, by email, or by phone. We do not run applications through this site and we do not store your CV.
How do you review submissions?
A person reads every submission before it goes live, usually within 24 hours. We reject commission-only "opportunities", anything that asks applicants to pay, roles with discriminatory requirements, and postings where the apply link does not match the stated company.
