Businesses For Sale collects as little as it can get away with.

What is collected

A session cookie so forms work. Your theme choice and saved listings stay in your own browser and never reach the server. If you contact a seller, subscribe, or submit a business, the details you type — a name, an email address, your message — are stored so we can act on them. Outbound click counts are aggregated; where an individual click log is enabled, IP addresses are hashed and never stored raw.

What is not done

No advertising trackers of our own, no selling or renting of data, no profiles. Third-party ad or analytics code, where present, is governed by its own provider's policy.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what is held about your email address, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be. Unsubscribe links work immediately. Questions go to a@a.com.
