About Palladium Health
Palladium Health builds care-coordination software for specialty clinics, the kind of practice where a patient's treatment plan spans months and falls apart quietly between appointments. About 200 of us work on it, roughly half from clinical operations backgrounds. We are deliberate rather than fast, because the cost of a bad release lands on someone's care.
What you'll do
- Own the patient outreach product area: the messaging, scheduling nudges and escalation paths that keep people on a treatment plan between visits.
- Spend real time with clinic staff. We expect you to sit in on workflow observation sessions and understand why the intake coordinator has a paper notebook.
- Define what we are building and, more importantly, what we are declining to build, with a written rationale that survives scrutiny from clinical leadership.
- Work with a squad of six engineers and a designer through discovery, delivery and the messy period after launch when real usage arrives.
- Partner with our clinical safety and compliance colleagues early, so regulatory constraints shape the design instead of blocking it in review.
- Define success measures before launch and be honest in public about whether you hit them.
What we're looking for
- Six or more years in product management, including at least two owning a product area rather than a feature backlog.
- Experience shipping software into a regulated or high-consequence environment. Healthcare is ideal, but finance, aviation or safety-critical industrial work translates well.
- Comfort making decisions from a mix of qualitative research and imperfect quantitative data.
- Strong writing. Our roadmap lives in documents, and a proposal that cannot be explained on two pages usually is not ready.
- The temperament to work with clinicians, who are busy, direct, and will tell you exactly what is wrong with your idea.
- Availability across North American time zones with occasional travel to customer sites, roughly once a quarter.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7 or FHIR and how those constraints show up in day-to-day product decisions.
- Prior work on messaging, notifications or behaviour change products.
- A clinical background of any kind.
Benefits
- Health and dental cover for you and your dependents, with low deductibles.
- Sixteen weeks of fully paid parental leave and a phased return-to-work option.
- Equity in the company with a ten-year exercise window.
- Mental health support, including therapy sessions covered in full.
